OLD BUSINESS – SHARING SESSION QUESTIONS & GROUP INFORMATION SHEETS – None turned in – please do so within the next few weeks.
NEW BUSINESS
DCM REPORT – Walter attended Beaverlodge meeting & it is going well. Walter thanked the group for their financial support to the district. Attended Ft.St.John roundup and sat in at their district meeting, which meets semi-annually. Good attendance, as it was scheduled during the round up. Walter will attend the ACM in May in Lethbridge. The city councilor Walter had spoke to about an AA space is keeping it in mind. Also, keep in mind that the committee rotates out at the end of this year.
TREATMENT – Walter reported Dave called a meeting and no one attended. Treatment center meeting going well, except that one woman is not showing up when she has said she would. Suggested she be removed from the list. Pat will contact Dave & ask for names and she will make a list that can be distributed to all volunteers.
PI/CPC – Walter did speak to Doug, and he will call a meeting soon.
TELEPHONES - Cheryl reported she has updated the volunteer list – has 31 names. Updated phones for May & June.
WEB SITE-ALTERNATE DCM – Rob reported he has updated the meeting list & the web site.
GRAPEVINE – Walter reported that Guy will be ordering soon – a new book Spiritual Awakenings 2 is out. Call Guy if you want him to order anything.

WOMENS GROUP – Pat reported - reading from the big book – 1 new member – good finances. Large percentage of members attend regularily.
SAT. NIGHT – Rob reported – good attendance. Business meeting this Sat.night – will be contributing & doing sharing session questions. Are hopeful they will have a new GSR.
WED. MENS – Victor reports – Format is the big book & step & traditions or daily reflection. Good attendance. Guy will celebrate birthday end of June. The district committee encouraged Victor to chair business meetings.
24/7 Cheryl reported – 5 attended business meeting – after did the sharing session questions, was good discussion. 4 new members . 32 attended last Sat. Now have a greeter to stand at the locked door.
WED. NITE – Pat & Walter attended – good attendance, going well.
NEW MONDAY & FRIDAY MORNING GROUP – Walter reported it is going. www.howitworks.ca has a format they are using. Open with the 3rd step prayer, close with the 7th step prayer – have purchase posters with the prayers.
